Established in 1997 David Trowler Associates are an independent practice of Chartered Building Surveyors providing a comprehensive range of professional services to those involved in the refurbishment, development or maintenance of property.
Specialising in design, refurbishment and alterations to existing buildings we have experience in a wide variety of properties from listed buildings to modern offices and a significant proportion of our projects involve works to occupied premises.
Through close association with a range of consultants including structural engineers, mechanical and electrical consultants and quantity surveyors we are able to offer a complete design service to all clients.
Quality assurance is essential in enabling us to provide all Clients with an efficient, reliable and high standard of service and all projects are monitored, on a continuing basis, to ensure our services are delivered on time and within budget. The Practice is registered with Constructionline and CHAS accredited as both Principal Designers and Designers.
