The Equality Act 2010 aims to end the discrimination faced by many disabled people through the implementation of laws to ensure they have equal access to employment and to goods, facilities or services provided to the public.

If you are an employer or your business or organisation provides goods, services or facilities to the public then you will need to ensure that you comply with your duties under the Act.

An Access Audit of your premises is a starting point in assessing the current state of accessibility and usability for disabled people and can be used to establish an Access Action Plan to set priorities and goals for long-term implementation.

Our access consultancy team is lead by David Trowler, who is a consultant member of the National Register of Access Consultants, and is able to provide a range of services including:
