Design & Construct

Working in partnership with regional and national contractors we have successfully delivered architectural design and CDM related services for a range of design and construct projects, including:

• Education – Various school extension and new build schemes
• Public Sector – New Build Fire Station and Training Centre
• Leisure – Leisure Centre Extension and Refurbishment

We are able to provide a comprehensive range of professional services including:

• Lead consultant co-ordinating the role of the design team
• Principal Designer
• Feasibility studies and options appraisals
• Architectural design
• Visuals and 3D modelling
• Detailed working drawings and specifications

We use Autodesk Revit as our standard design software and all design and construct projects are delivered as a 3D model that can be shared and co-ordinated with the design team, ensuring a collaborative approach to project delivery. We have completed projects to Level 2 BIM including the use of a federated model combining the architectural, structural and services models. From this model we are able to undertake clash detection prior to each design team meeting and provide the project team with details of areas requiring attention. Our services can be provided for a fixed fee, agreed at the commencement, which provides cost certainty to our contracting partners.
